Travis CountyOur dock is currently floating in the water at the property's edge. The water directly in front of our property is suitable for swimming, floating, tubing, kaying, fishing, etc. If you would like to launch a motorized boat, the Pace Bend Park Boat Ramp is open (as of 1/7/25). The ramp is a quick 15 minute drive door-to-door from the house. Please be aware that the lake water fluctuates and that the lake is currently in a low period. if you have any questions about the lake levels, just ask!

House Rules
Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours of 10pm – 8am.
Please remove shoes when inside
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement
Friendly reminder that you will have access to the entire property with the exception of two linen closets, an outdoor shed, and a boathouse storage room.
